Flips

There is a large variety in tricks to do on the trampoline. Here I explain the definition of the most common ones.

Difficulty: Beginner

Frontflip – A frontflip is a flip where you rotate forwards.

Backflip – A backflip is a flip where you rotate to the backwards.

Sideflip – A sideflip is a flip where you rotate over your side.

Barani – A barani is a flip where you rotate forwards, but you also add half a twist (180°). This means you land facing the opposite side as when you took of.

Difficulty: Medium

Kaboom – A kaboom is a backflip, but instead of taking off from your feet you take off from your back, by kicking the trampoline with your legs.

Cody – A cody is a backflip where you take off from your stomach, instead of from your feet.

Rudy – A rudy is a frontflip with 1.5 twists (540°) .

Backfull – A backfull is a backflip with 1 twist (360°).

Frontfull – A frontfull is a frontflip with 1 twist (360°).

Difficulty: Advanced

Randy – A randy is a frontflip with 2.5 twists (900°).

Double backfull – A double backfull is a backflip with 2 twists (720°).

Double Frontfull – A double frontfull is a frontflip with 2 twists (720).

Double backflip – A double backflip is a move where you complete 2 backward flips before landing.

Double frontflip – A double frontflip is a move where you complete 2 forward flips before landing.
